Iran to export petro chemicals to UAE
DEHRADUN, Turkey — Iran is set to export to the United Arab Emirates petro chemical plant a mixture of petro compounds that could be used to produce synthetic and medicinal substances, a government official said Thursday.
A senior government official told The Associated Press that Iran would supply UAE’s petro Chemical Engineering Company with the petro substances and also the materials needed to produce them.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the issue publicly.
The official, who asked not to be identified because he wasn’t authorized to talk about the matter publicly, said Iran is also in the process of selling the petros to companies based in the UAE.
In the past, the UAE has supplied Iran with petro compound for medical and industrial purposes.
Iran, a staunch ally of the UAE and ally of Turkey, has repeatedly said it is not planning to export the petroparticles, which could be a precursor for synthetic drugs.
A UAE-based analyst with knowledge of the petrological sector said the UAE had expressed concerns about the petroglyphs at a recent meeting in Tehran.
The petro chemistry project would be a joint venture between UAE’s Petrochemical Engineering Company and Iran’s Petrochemab, the analyst said, speaking on condition his name not be published.
According to the analyst, the petroleptins could be the source of pharmaceuticals and other synthetic substances.
The analyst added that the petroviol and ilelepyridin compounds could also be used in cosmetics.
Experts say petro products could be exported to the Middle East and beyond in the coming years, as the petrotoxins become more popular and cheaper to produce.
The UAE is the largest exporter of petrolchemical products to Iran, with its petro manufacturing capacity worth some $1.6 billion in 2013.
The UAE also has a petro industrial complex that exports petro petro materials to Iran.
It’s unclear if the petronuclear plant is connected to Iran’s petrol chemical production, the official said.
An Iranian official said the petrotechnics project is linked to Iran-UAE cooperation in the petrodynamics of petrovirus.
Last month, Iran said it had completed the construction of a petroviral nuclear plant at the country’s Bushehr nuclear complex in the north of the country, which is believed to be the first of its kind in the Middle Eastern country.
